How Do We Answer Our Own Questions?

How do we look at our existential questions in such a way that an answer presents itself? In this teaching, we are invited to broaden our awareness and get out of tunnel vision. Along the way, we learn helpful tools to get out of our “box”. As Lama Lena says, the problem is that “you think you really are your box… and it’s too tight”.

We are introduced to the practice of shiné without an object and other practices, such as the inner mind rushen (preliminary practice) that helps us to reach the level of “one taste”, where questions are their own answers and answers are their own questions.
