For questions related to your practice or to a specific teaching, you can contact Lama Lena directly. Lama Lena reads and answers all emails herself... and she gets a lot!

Retreats & Teaching Groups

If you need help deciding which teaching group is right for you, either write to Lama Lena directly (see above) or join the most relevant group and ask for guidance there. Lama Lena will help you sort it out.
Practice Groups
Each practice group is administered separately by the authorized teacher or student who runs it.

Volunteering
Volunteers are currently needed to help transcribe Lama Lena's teachings. We use AI to make (very rough) first drafts of talks and need real humans to edit each one for spelling, punctuation, and clarity.

We have an ever-growing team of translators who participate in livestreams and retreats whenever there is a need.
