by Lama Tasha Star
In this live question and answer period, Lama Lena answers questions about the wearing of malas, how to physically maintain longer sitting practices, and the longevity and staying power of Dzögchen.

Among previous Buddhas, there was Dzögchen. Societies have come and gone, risen and fallen, through the agricultural revolution, the industrial revolution, and now the information revolution. Dzögchen, in its true essence, does not come and go. Individual beings being aware of it, come and go. Lineages are lost and found. Termas are discovered… And this is just one planet among an infinite number, in a live and vital universe.”
