Lama Lena is giving a closed Bodhisattva Vows ceremony this Sunday (March 7), via zoom. There will also be a public teaching on Saturday about Bodhicitta and the meaning of the Bodhisattva vows.
There is no pre-requisite for either teaching, but it is highly recommended that you attend Saturday’s teaching before Sunday’s ceremony. Conversely, you may attend Saturday’s session even if you don’t intend to participate on Sunday.
*UPDATE*: Registration for this event is now closed. You can watch the public teaching here:
Bodhicitta & The Meaning of the Bodhisattva Vows
In this talk, Lama Lena discusses the true meaning of Bodhicitta and what it means to take the Bodhisattva vows. She touches on the practices of 1000-Armed Chenrezig, Karmamudra, and answers questions from students online.
This public teaching was offered in advance of a zoom ceremony for those who wished to take the Bodhisattva Vows.
